How do I get started?
Free Beginner's Class
We offer free, beginner classes, every Saturday and Sunday at 10am. On a case by case basis we may allow for a free trial class during one of our regularly scheduled classes, just send us an email to and we'll get you taken care of! If you are new to CrossFit or new to the Cincinnati area, come in to experience our community for free!
The classes are designed to take you through a group warm up, thoroughly review and demonstrate the movements that will prepare you for what is come next- the Workout of the Day (WOD)!
All CrossFit workouts are infinitely scalable and can be adjusted to ANY fitness level regardless of your experience, age and physical ability.
At CrossFit 513 United we recognize the importance of starting your fitness journey off on the right foot. That's why we have our new members begin with a one month foundations membership that consists of 10 personal training sessions with just you and one of our highly qualified coaches.
Normally a $550 value, for just $400 you'll spend the month improving your movement, learning about what we do, meeting and getting to know our great community and of course getting prepared to hit the ground running when you start our regular CrossFit classes. We are confident this investment in yourself and your health will far exceed your expectations and demonstrate how at CrossFit 513 United you can expect to become the fittest you've ever been. These sessions are planned around your schedule and tailored to your specific needs.
